Hiring Our Facilities

The Clubhouse, which can accommodate up to 150 standing and 60 seated, and has a fully equipped kitchen is available for private hire for events, private parties, meetings , with or without the bar. 

The grounds may be hired if the use does not impinge on the agreed use by the sports clubs who have contractual agreements for use of the grounds.

The Rates of Hire are:

• Private party or event (Clubhouse excluding the awning) includes bar £100

• Private party or event (Clubhouse and awning) includes bar £125

• Private party using awning only (whilst Clubhouse is open to the public) £50

• regular weekly daytime booking £15/per hour for a min of 2 hours

• Oneoff  daytime booking £20/per hour for a min of 2 hours

• If the activity for which the booking is made is by a not for profit organisation for an activity aligned with our charitable purpose a discount of 30% will be applied.
